We bought a new fridge/freezer + Installation. When the driver and his colleague arrived told us that they weren’t doing the job and they didn’t go to take the fridge upstairs and they needed 4 people. My partner and myself told them we will help them if needed and they denied and refused to deliver the fridge. We accepted the delivery and needed to bring the fridge upstairs ourselves when we paid for installation. When spoke with the operator she told us that we needed to cancel and rebook our appointment with Hoover! What for the same thing again?We will never use this services if we can avoid it.
