Samsung were due to replace our freezer and decided to use this company instead of the retailer we got it from and wished they had not . Expertlogistics phone me on Monday 12/7 and said we could have it on Saturday or any day after that I chose Saturday and was told between 7am and 11am and we would receive text . On Friday received text saying delivery tomorrow and would text in morning with time window . Got up before 6am and waited for text got text at 6.43am to say between 7am and 11am. So started to move furniture lift mats took down lampshades and bulbs emptied freezer as much as i could moved car from drive onto road so as to make it as easy for them waited for them then receive text 12.15pm saying running late but will do all they can to make sure we get delivery . Waited until 5.20pm then phoned them got put on hold while spoke to driver came back with poor excuse the said fridge did not come into depot on time for delivery and the next delivery time would be on Tuesday so had to put back all furniture witch was no joke as we waited in all day on the hottest day when we are both disabled pensioner wish Samsung had used our retailer
