Booked a slot for cooker hood to be installed installer thought he knew everything when clearly he did not! He told me it wasn't a re-circulating cooker hood when it was and I had the carbon filters. Wasn't able to install as he wasn't a electrician who could install.2nd time sent a electrician out but could not complete the installation of the cooker hood due to the company not supplying them with angle grinder which was needed to fit the hood. Furious is a understatement.
