This is concerning a fridge freezer delivery. Ordered on Samsung website for delivery on a Monday a week and a half away. Samsung emailed telling us it was dispatched. Sunday expert logistics texted to say will be delivering the following day. Monday text late afternoon saying, sorry we will not be delivering. Contact your retailer. Back to Samsung. They have not a clue where it is and do not appear to be able to get the information from expert. Summary:Delivery failed. Nobody knows where the fridge freezer is. We might get a fridge freezer, we might not. Next step refund from Samsung if they cannot sort this mess out. Remember your contract is with the retailer.
