I ordered a washing machine to arrive on Thursday 25th November so you would think it would arrive on that day as what I specified. Received the confirmation text the day before that my delivery will be arriving the next day. Sat in all day Thursday, couldn’t get through to anyone Friday and finally arrived Saturday at 17:45. I paid to have the appliance fitted and the people come to deliver refused to fit because it was “not on their list to do” Hang on its on my list and it needs to be fitted that is the service I paid for. They said they can refuse to recycle the machine as again it was not on their list. Luckily they did after some persuasion. The customer service from start to finish has been terrible and why do AO use this awful company? I think they need to read the reviews on here. Oh and to top it off the people that delivered the machine said it’s not our problem, write a review as we’ve got one other job to do before we go back to Bristol. So I’ve spent my Saturday night fitting in a washing machine that I paid to fit
