Absolutely appalling delivery service. 2 separate days holiday wasted waiting for deliveries that just don’t happen. Delivery 1 day set. text at 10.06 on morning of delivery to say “delay in transit”contact retailer. Fridge freezer lost !!!!!Replacement arranged by retailer and 2nd delivery arranged. Text on morning of delivery giving slot. Followed tracking app all day waiting, until 18.45 when the app then said “unable to successfully deliver order. Current status failed”and no further instructions as to what happens next.I do not have the heart or more days holidays to take to wait for another failed delivery. Thanks “Expert Logistics” for failing in your simple task of making a delivery…….twice !!!!!!!
