Nightmare doesn’t even accurately describe my experience!!! Tuesday 20th they were due to collect my existing Super King Simba mattress and deliver a replacement at the same time. Delivery crew turned up, looked for the new mattress on the van, couldn’t find it! They’d delivered it to the wrong customer and because that customer had gone out, they now couldn’t retrieve it!!! How they managed that I have no idea because don’t the parcels have the name and address of the recipient on them?!? Skip forward to today, Saturday 24th, when the re-delivery was re-booked for. Delivery crew turned up at 15:50. Straight off the bat, the chap apologised and said that they can’t take the existing mattress as he’s got no room on the van!!! I then had to refuse delivery as I don’t have the room to store 2 Super King mattresses!! It’s beyond a joke that this should even be a thing! Do the people at the depot not have the foresight to plan in advance and work out how much an AO van can hold?! It’s honestly beggers belief! The collection has now been re-booked (3rd attempt), for Wednesday 28th. I just pray it goes without any further problems because I’ve already had enough!!!
