However, we faced significant delays, unresponsive agents, and back-and-forth with their insurance provider. This morning, we were told to expect a full refund, only to receive an email hours later stating we would get $0 due to a processing fee and insurance costs. We canceled before any fees were incurred, and the insurance policy allows for a free look period, which we still have. Overall, proceed with caution! Additionally, some of the positive reviews seem suspiciously paid.
