I would have chosen another option had I known communication would be lacking. Now, I can't reach my child. The company's communication strategy is very disappointing. When I reached out, they stated that updates were the tour leader's responsibility but wouldn't provide contact details. My spouse and I are extremely worried. I cannot recommend this service to other parents.
