On May 1, 2024, I paid the annual subscription to Exporthub.com, a company with address at 1341 W. Mockingbird Lane Suite 600W, Dallas, TX 75247, a company that provides on its website the service of contacting buyers of raw materials globally. The membership cost I paid was US$559 for the standard plan. I acquired the ExportHub service (Paying for the Standard Plan) with the purpose that it allowed me to access potential clients directly through their registered emails. Buyers of fishmeal and Copper Busbar were searched on the ExportHub.com site. Contact information was obtained from buyers but all with extensions: @gmail.com @elpumps123.com (domain that does not exist on the internet). Therefore, no emails with a corporate extension were found that prove to be reliable business. We did not receive any response from this emails. On May 5, I sent an email to ExportHub.com customer service explaining the above and that I wanted the money returned to my account. They simply responded that they had received my request and that they would soon respond to my complaint. To date (May 12th) I have not received a response from customer service, where I request the return of my money, the money back guarantee that ExportHub.com mentions. I received treatment with quite disrespectful adjectives through WhatsApp by a customer service agent who contacted me that way. Unfortunately, the service has not given the expected results, in terms of directly contacting buyers at their email accounts with an unreliable email extension, and no reliable business. The lack of respect for me, calling me unprofessional, feeling psychologically affected and affecting my peace of mind and health. In view of this, I request that ExportHub.com return the $559 to me in accordance with the guarantee offered by this firm: money back guarantee, which they do not want to fulfill and want to be elusive.They ARE SCAMMERS, STAY AWAY FROM THEM
