In December 2025, I entered into a service agreement with ExportHub through their sales representative, Duncan (based in Guangzhou, China), and made full payment upfront for both platform services and website development.

Before payment, communication was smooth and professional. The commitments made included:
Website development within 10–15 days
SEO optimization services
Monthly performance reports
Banner design for both website and ExportHub store
Product listing support
Assistance in generating business inquiries
The service appeared to be a comprehensive B2B marketing solution. However, immediately after payment, the situation deteriorated significantly.
1. Disappearance of Sales Representative
After the contract was signed and all required materials were submitted, Duncan became completely unresponsive.
Initially, calls went unanswered, and eventually his phone became unreachable. Messages via WeChat were ignored entirely.
In short, the person who signed the contract effectively disappeared.
2. No Progress on Website Development
I was later assigned to a team member named Babar, who was responsible for website development.
However, every inquiry regarding progress received the same vague response: “Updating.”
This status continued for over a month with:
No visible progress
No deliverables
No timeline provided
Since submitting all required materials on February 4, 2026, there has been zero progress. At this point, it is clear that no meaningful work has been done.
3. Account Manager Also Unreachable
Another assigned account manager, Clara (+92 370 1348307), was supposed to assist with:
Product listings
Platform coordination
Lead generation
In reality:
She frequently became unreachable
Multiple issues were ignored
Eventually, she also stopped responding entirely
4. Ineffective and Non-Functional Support Channels
As problems escalated, I attempted to contact ExportHub through official channels:
Phone: +1-214-306-7737
WeChat, Facebook, WhatsApp
However:
No responses were received via email or WeChat
Phone calls were not answered
Facebook messages received no reply
The WhatsApp number was not even registered
In essence, all listed support channels are non-functional, leaving customers without any support or protection.
5. Refusal to Process Refund
Despite multiple formal requests for a refund due to non-delivery of services, ExportHub has consistently delayed and avoided providing any resolution.
Conclusion
Based on my experience, this appears to be a case of:
Misrepresentation of services
Failure to deliver contractual obligations
Lack of professional accountability
Absence of customer support
I strongly urge other businesses to exercise extreme caution when dealing with ExportHub.
I am currently seeking a full refund and will continue to pursue this matter through formal complaint channels.

The "leads" provided are either fake or completely inactive. When you confront them about the lack of results, their "Account Managers" become condescending and attempt to lecture you on communication rather than solving the problem.Their "Legal Team" uses predatory tactics to keep your money, offering useless "extensions" to trap you in a failed contract while citing a "non-refundable" policy that is legally void when services are not rendered. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation.They ignore formal refund requests and delay the process in bad faith. If you value your capital and your business reputation, do not spend a single cent here. I am currently pursuing legal action and a formal bank dispute to recover my funds. You have been warned—stay away from ExportHub and stick to professional platforms that actually deliver.
Every single company on this hub and the hub itself is nothing but scams! And all of the five star reviews are nothing but scams they are not real! My review has been long overdue and I hope it's not too late for others. I was in the process of getting my money back from them and I wanted to get that out of the way before I review this company. This company is a scam and I hope people really trust the 1 star reviews here before committing their money to them. They are not going to provide the services they say they will provide to you. Just know that the way they would keep texting you everyday when they want you to sign up for premium is not going to be the same after you have paid for it. I payed for gold membership and y'all know how much that is but all I got was an incomplete website after 3 months and my emails and chats left unread. They do this cause they think you can't take any action against them and they won't also process a refund after failing to provide the services but they are wrong. If you have evidence of the contracts, the transaction you made to them and evidence of every complaints you've made including chats and emails , send the screenshots and other relevant evidence to your bank and raise a dispute to get your money refunded back to you. No matter how long it has been. When I raised the dispute, it had already been 3 months since I signed for the premium but I still got the full payment mback. Don't fall victim to them, they are not a credible company, they even went as far as refusing the refund with a lie that they had provided the services to me. I won against them with evidence of all the complaints and the chats I had with them. Again don't fall victim to the 5 star reviews, it's a scam
