Update to Grommet tool order.• Parcel delivered Monday morning 13/10/25• Grommet tool was not in the packet with the grommets.• Monday morning 11:53 13/10/25, sent message to exposianum.co.uk stating that the grommet tool was not in the parcel. NO REPLY FROM: exposianum.co.uk.• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 05:47 received email from exposianum.co.uk saying ‘the parcel had been delivered to a safe place (Back porch)’.• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 07:41 I sent email to exposianum.co.uk saying ‘The Grommet Punch Tool is missing from the parcel. Only the grommets were delivered.’• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 07:44 (note: just 3 minutes after my previous message) exposianum.co.uk replied with ‘According to your email address, we have detected that you did not place an order in our store. Could you please check your order details again? We are afraid that you may reach out to the wrong company and the wrong person.’• Unfortunately, I had used a different email address to send my message.• At 07:52 I resent my message using the correct email address.• It is worth noting that exposianum.co.uk replied to my first message within 3 minutes, but like the message I sent on Monday I have not received a reply ‘YET’CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING VERY SUSPICIOUS GOING ON HERE.It is also worth noting Norton Internet Security blocks their web page on my computer.
