Update to Grommet tool order.• Parcel delivered Monday morning 13/10/25• Grommet tool was not in the packet with the grommets.• Monday morning 11:53 13/10/25, sent message to exposianum.co.uk stating that the grommet tool was not in the parcel. NO REPLY FROM: exposianum.co.uk.• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 05:47 received email from exposianum.co.uk saying ‘the parcel had been delivered to a safe place (Back porch)’.• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 07:41 I sent email to exposianum.co.uk saying ‘The Grommet Punch Tool is missing from the parcel. Only the grommets were delivered.’• Thursday 16/10/25 @ 07:44 (note: just 3 minutes after my previous message) exposianum.co.uk replied with ‘According to your email address, we have detected that you did not place an order in our store. Could you please check your order details again? We are afraid that you may reach out to the wrong company and the wrong person.’• Unfortunately, I had used a different email address to send my message.• At 07:52 I resent my message using the correct email address.• It is worth noting that exposianum.co.uk replied to my first message within 3 minutes, but like the message I sent on Monday I have not received a reply ‘YET’CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING VERY SUSPICIOUS GOING ON HERE.It is also worth noting Norton Internet Security blocks their web page on my computer.
Like others it appears I’ve been scammed by trying to buy a bag of eyelets and eyelet tool from this scam site. A bag of cheap silver eyelets arrived (eventually) but I’d ordered both silver and brass eyelets and a tool. Contacting them via email they advised that it had been delivered and had I looked behind the bins/checked with neighbours/asked at the post office/etc. Yet the tracking number they’ve given me shows it’s still in US customs and has been for 2 weeks. Now they just don’t bother replying… Wish I’d checked Trustpilot before ordering. Trying to get to their website now TotalAV flags it as a scam site - it didn’t a couple of weeks ago.Update: I actually received, today, what I ordered albeit over a month late and only after numerous emails. The tool itself is okay but not great. I would’ve been better paying a couple of quid more and getting a better quality item, delivered when I needed it, from Amazon. Lesson learned.
ordered grommet tool kit only gromets arrived was offered £1 compensation or could return package to china at my expense it was originally sent from USA.How can i return something that did not arrive.Total ripoff do not use these scam artists
Cheats and liars. I ordered punch tool and only got the grommets delivered. After several emails of them insisting that I got what I ordered and took £1 refund. We settled on £3, as it would cost fortune to send their crap back. Don’t fall for their scam sales
Non-delivery. Driver claims to have delivered the article to a 'safe place'. We were at home. Had paid for delivery to my home. Both of us at home on the alleged date of delivery. Exposianum unable to to do more than insist it was delivered to a 'safe place' and have advised me to go to the local Post Office to find it. That's not on when I've paid for home delivery.
