Earlier today I had to request to speak to someone's supervisor, then to speak to that person's supervisor. I finally got an employee who worked with me as I manually counted out the pills in each bottle of the medications I take and tried to reschedule refills such that they would only be processed if I were to be about a month from running out. Express Scripts refills way too often, and I have a backlog of medicines. After that 1 hour and 59 minute phone call, I now stop by my mailbox and find two bottles from Express Scripts with child-guard caps. As a 74-year-old female with arthritic hands, I have a request in my file to only send easy-open caps. I called again (this time just over 20 minutes) to be told that, yes, my request for easy-open caps is on file. The solution suggested was that I take the bottles to a pharmacy to open for me! I spend so much time on the phone with this company that I could NEVER RECOMMEND Express Scripts.
