I have been with express scripts for a very long time, only recently have I really had to deal with their customer service and website, which has turned out to be absolutely horrible.Not only is the customer response times online ridiculously slow ( it takes them a week at the very least to get back to you) but speaking with people over the phone has been a joke.I only got a representative who knew what they were talking about one time all the other times it has been people who cannot answer my questions, give me false information, don't transfer me to managers after requesting, or simply have disconnected me. It's surprising how little the people who answer the phones in this company know. One person referred me to make an account online in order to pay for my medication, the website would not register my information so I reached out for technical help, I waited two weeks for correspondence through email, and calling did nothing since I was told to email for customer service.I'm not sure how this website is being run but they really need to work on educating the representatives they hired for the job.Additionally if you offer customer service through email it would be great if emails would actually be responded to in less than a week.Overall dealing with their customer service has been so time-consuming and so extremely stressful. If you have the option not to use this website/ Company I would highly recommend going where a different option.Especially now during the time of pandemic when these kind of services are highly needed they clearly fall short.
