After discovering this service at a home show in London and visiting their showroom, my partner and I ordered roof panels and bifolding doors. Unfortunately, we are very unhappy with the aftercare. In November 2025, one of the roof panels was accidentally broken, and when we tried to have it replaced, they refused to assist or recommend any company to do so, leaving us with no options. We are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this service.
