The experience was very easy and more importantly very cost effective. Considering most services are now online, taking out the policy with Epress bike was a good one. Keep up the good work!
I found express insurance through an insurance comparison site. I found a combination of their premium was competitive and I could buy the break down cover at a reasonable price.
Their set up it quite advanced in that when you buy the insurance you receive a link in their welcoming e-mail, which allows you to open a portal.
In the portal you see all of your policy details, which i think is quite sensible.
I switched from another insurance broker, however i found the process of submitting a picture of my renewal proposition from my previous provider in order to prove my No Claims Bonus and this was confirmed by them the next day.
So overall as things stand I am pleased.
As a matter of interest I am 55, I have ridden for nearly 30 years, no convictions and 9 years NCB and I presently run a Honda CB500 (2003) and a Yamaha YBR 125 (2013)
Hello, this service seems to rely heavily on cancellation fees. I've lodged a complaint with the ombudsman to recover my money, and now they're reaching out to negotiate the cancellation fee in return for withdrawing my complaint. Please be wary, as many reviews may not be authentic. An unprompted review can be written by someone who hasn't used the service. These reviews can unfortunately be bought. I regret my choice; I hope you reconsider.

My auto-renewal failed, and by the time I was notified, my policy had expired. The payment card was the same one I've used for two years and is still valid. The bank has no record of any payment attempts. I had to get a new quote, which was £28 more expensive. The representative on the phone was helpful but couldn't explain why I faced this issue. After being a loyal customer for years, this service is disappointing. I would have switched insurers if I had the time, but now I’ll look for options for next year.
