Unable to give a delivery date to address in Scotland despite charging over £50 for delivery to my post code. No mention of delivery issues to my post code when I placed order. Only told after 2nd call to customer services for delivery information. Only option to get refund, no compensation. It's not rocket science to implement a Post Code check at start of an order to avoid wasting 3 weeks of a customer's time.options for my post code in Scotland. I was not told this when I called on 20th January. Yesterday I called and was told it would be at least another 3 weeks despite my doors being in their warehouse. They could not give me an assurance that I would not be delayed further. I therefore had no other option but to accept a refund which I did. Refund has yet to arrive in my bank account.I trust you will pass this on and ensure that my review is recognised as from a genuine customer. Regards David Lawson
