Ordered two Climadoor glazed interior doors of different width sizes for collection.
Contacted within three days to say they were ready for collection.
Doors are excellent quality and came with free excellent quality fittings and handles.
Staff at site were extremely helpful with helping me load into my van and supplied some additional packaging to stop any damage in transit.
Highly recommended from my experience and would certainly use again.
Ordered a door from express doors all went smoothly then had a problem with the delivery going to the wrong address on Friday night..on the Monday I did manage to get through to Charlie at express doors who to be fair identified and sorted the problem straight away..
my door was delivered later that day I was a bit concerned it might be damaged but it was all good.. my experience with express doors is a positive one & Charlie was very helpful

Unable to give a delivery date to address in Scotland despite charging over £50 for delivery to my post code. No mention of delivery issues to my post code when I placed order. Only told after 2nd call to customer services for delivery information. Only option to get refund, no compensation. It's not rocket science to implement a Post Code check at start of an order to avoid wasting 3 weeks of a customer's time.options for my post code in Scotland. I was not told this when I called on 20th January. Yesterday I called and was told it would be at least another 3 weeks despite my doors being in their warehouse. They could not give me an assurance that I would not be delayed further. I therefore had no other option but to accept a refund which I did. Refund has yet to arrive in my bank account.I trust you will pass this on and ensure that my review is recognised as from a genuine customer. Regards David Lawson
