I placed my order on 10/11/25. It was claimed to have shipped from Italy, which seems to be false. It supposedly reached Duluth, MN on 11/12/25 and has been stuck there for 46 days. The service only tells me to wait longer. They refuse to identify the shipping company. Now I suspect my payment was taken without any shipment.
