The service keeps advising me to wait longer. They won't reveal the shipping company, and I'm starting to think my payment was taken without any shipment.

I ordered a wooden puzzle from this service in November, expected delivery was on 11/18/25. After reaching out post-delivery date, I received shipping info showing it was delivered to the wrong city. The service refuses to honor my purchase or provide a replacement. This is not a trustworthy service—avoid it.
I suspect I’ve been scammed; a low-quality fairy light finally arrived but stopped working after two weeks. They request a lot of information for a credit, but the process is frustrating as they don't accept a video. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service.

They sell counterfeit versions of popular products from overseas, even stealing the original ads. It's an appalling practice, and the owner seems to be just one person trying to manage shipping costs. They suggest that returning items to China will be costly. This is the worst service I've ever encountered.
