I placed my order on 10/11/25, and it was claimed to have shipped from Italy, which appears to be false. It arrived in Duluth, MN on 11/12/25 and has been stuck there for 46 days. The service keeps advising me to wait longer. They won't reveal the shipping company, and I'm starting to think my payment was taken without any shipment.
