Informative of preplanned items I need to shop for soon. His disposition was great, he is super approachable to ask questions. And he and the shop guys were even doing a little oil change karaoke. Shop atmosphere and moral was friendly and felt like a happy team. Which on a day after a some rain, snow and ice and a 22° drop.
