Service was quick and easy - prices listed before service began and updates were given throughout the process. Will and Justin were helpful and were not pushy on additional services. This is a trusted location I use every oil change for both of my vehicles.
Larry and his teams was truly amazing didn't have to wait Larry came out to the road to greet me and made me feel right at home I can say this guy is so amazing he even told me that my tail light was out and fixed it for me this is now my go to stop when im in town thank you so much Larry and his team
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service my son received at your location on Monday, March 2, 2026. He had an appointment for a wheel alignment on his 2008 Acura TSX, but the experience was unprofessional and deeply concerning.
Upon arrival, he was assisted by John and Brian. The following issues occurred during his visit:
Unwelcoming Attitude: When my son opted to wait for the vehicle, the staff appeared visibly bothered. They pointedly told him it would take two hours, seemingly hoping he would leave the car instead.
Arbitrary Pricing Increase: Despite being quoted $130 plus tax, John and Brian informed him that if the job took longer than two hours, the price would jump to $170. This felt like an intimidation tactic rather than a standard policy.
Ultimatum/Conditional Service: After placing the car on the ramp, they told my son the alignment could not be performed unless he purchased a new set of tires from you for $900. They refused to proceed with the scheduled service otherwise.
Distrusting this ultimatum, I advised my son to leave. He went immediately to Firestone, where they completed the alignment in under an hour without requiring new tires.
It appears that your staff either lacked the desire to perform the work or were attempting to pressure a young customer into an unnecessary high-ticket purchase. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Customer service is great! Very nice and professional… lets me know when I need to repair now or I can wait a little bit.. I always look for Shannon he is great! I recommend express oil to all my friends. And always say to look for my redhead friend Shannon because he will do you right. All the men are friendly and efficient. Jason Helped get a receipt from a past repair I had on my mother-in-laws car that I needed. He did not act like it was a problem just smiled it got it for me.

Recently had the most impressive visit to the Rock Hill Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers on Old York Rd. We've been taking all our household vehicles here (4 total) for a few years now and it has always been a great experience. Most recently we took my wife's Mini Cooper All4 Countryman that had a check engine light on longer than I care to admit, however, we did know what it was and was not a huge safety concern: (Evap system error).
Andrew (the asst mgr) was extremely accommodating, patient and the epitome of customer service from the start, even drove me home so that I wouldn't have to wait around.... Paramount customer service was also top priority for Ron (the master mechanic there) ....they have the know-how and experience to handle ALL your automotive needs... don't let the name steer you there for just an "oil change" or "tires"...Our experience has been that they are all just as pleasant and knowledgeable as the next to deal with. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and were done in no time .....shout out to Keith in the oil change bay as well...he has a genuine nature, automotive IQ, and his good mood is contagious....well done guys!--- let's cross our fingers that our check engine light does not resurface.... shouldn't, but then again, it is BMW made....thanks again y'all!!!
I was in town for work from Kansas City and needed an oil change. Found your business on Google. As I was pulling in I was greeted by Yohan before I parked. Yohan was very nice and made me feel like it was my local shop back home. He and the crew hoped right on the oul change and had me back on the road in a timely manner. I had a great experience at Express Oil Change, and Rashad really made the visit smooth and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly while I was getting my oil change. I appreciated how he didn’t try to pressure me into extra services — he just gave honest recommendations and made sure I understood what my car needed. The service was quick, efficient, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Rashad’s customer service was top tier. I’ll definitely be coming back because of him!
This location is a joke had my oil pan cracked by one of their oil pit guys I had to pay to fix my car when the company should have paid for it I have watched parts be broken my technician and they tell the customer well that the part was already damaged check your car before and after any work done at this location
Kelvin is always helpful EVERY time I come for services! He’s always helpful and I’m very appreciative of it! He doesn’t ever not answer a question that I have full to its entirety! I would recommend him every time! He does great work! I always look forward to him helping me every time I come!
We took our car to the location in Suffolk, VA. The oil plug fell out about three weeks after service there. All the oil drained out, the engine seized up and was not salvageable. The manager, Richard, is such a kind and honest person. He reviewed video and determined there was a mistake on their end. He replaced the engine free of charge. And he did this all in about four days. Absolutely amazing! So grateful for everything they did. Just the best people!
