Horrible. Went in for an engine diagnosis. Was told my catalytic converter was bad. They just changed it out a few years back. They say it's not their problem and I need to pay for another one??? If there's an underlying problem causing this they should have fixed it the first time. A few months back they charged me $400 to change 1 headlight. Needless to say I will never go back again.
