I visited the location which is in Hendersonville TN, for a service. Unfortunately the person who changed the oil did not put the screws back, causing a damage to my vehicle. I took my vehicle to the Toyota Dealership to repair the damage that cost me 300 dollars. The worst was when Sean, the Manager, told me that the company, Express Oil Charge will pay me back the damages and never did. I do not recommend this place to work on your vehicle. They are not responsible for any damages that they cause.
