My son had his oil changed at the Bob Wallace location in Huntsville, Alabama. Before he got home, the oil leaked out and was all over the vehicle. When we called back we were not provided with help and told we would have to tow the vehicle back to them so they could determine if it was their fault or something we had done. Another express oil location took care of the problem. I did receive an apology after the manager went back and listened to the phone exchange we had and only after the other location provided the information that his location had not done a safety check. At minimum there should have been a refund. We are currently monitoring the car carefully to ensure no lasting damage was done. I would not recommend a vehicle be taken to this location.
