It was 5:40pm and the location on Higley and Baseline was closing at 6pm. I called them to make sure it was ok for them to do an oil change on my vehicle. The person who answer was very professional and friendly telling me that i was more than ok going to matter it was about time to close. I showed up and the technician that assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I'm a single mother and i have no one to help me with this stuff and also i dont know much about vehicle maintance but Brody Jr explained to me everything in detail and was never on a rush despite it was closing time. He quickly completed the oil change and also filled up my windshield tank (i think thats how is called :) ) Also, another technician air up the tires on my car and gave me a quote on a set of tires since i will need to take care of this soon. I don't remember his name but he has long hair and he was very profesional and friendly! I really recommend this location since this is not the first time i go there for an oil change and they are always very helpful, professional and friendly.
