I came in today to get my oil changed and few other things checked out. They had a slight volume of cars due to the lunch rush but the line was moving fairly quickly… always a good sign. The manager approached me and kindly said that he had to head inside but would have another technician take care of me. He then had Tanner, who was working both the top and bottom bay to come up and assist me. Tanner responded right away and started my service. Very nice guy, hard worker, and a pleasant attitude. Due to the rush, they were slightly shorthanded, but Bryson came in and offered a hand without Tanner even asking. The teamwork was phenomenal and there was no hesitation (I noticed the same team effort not only with these technicians but with the others as well). These guys were kind, social, and respectful. I felt like I could trust them. I had my air filter checked as well and Bryson honestly told me that I should be good for another two more oil changes before it should be replaced and that really sealed the deal for me. I feel that culturally as customers getting taken advantage of happens more often than we realize, but these guys proved me different. I will definitely be coming back here when I’m in this area, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you so much to the kind manger, Tanner, and Bryson - y’all were awesome :)
