Came in for a balance and rotation of all my tires. When I drove up I told the initial employee I had an 11 am appointment to have my tires balanced and rotated to which he took me to the tire building and told the supervisor I was there for a balance and rotation. I was told to fill out the yellow on the card and that was it. An hour later the tire supervisor came in to the waiting area and handed me paperwork and said your done. All they did was rotate the tires.. so I asked hey I wanted my tires balanced too which wasn’t that big of a deal. 15 mins later the tire supervisor come back and tells me that I have a bad tire and they missed it when they rotated the tires… they were going to let me drive out on a tire they rotated that had like 8 flat spots in the tread all around the tire where the tire was separating. If I had not looked at the paperwork and just left I would have drive off with this bad tire now in the front drivers position of my car. Who knows what would have or could have happened to me…
