Waited 2 hours to get a tire fixed. Had made an appointment the day before. Was told they were 45 minutes behind. After 2 hours of waiting I went into the service area and the manager, Steven asked what he could help me with. I told I had waited 2 hours to get my tire fixed and was still waiting. He went out the back of the shop and came back and said it was done. I asked what took so long and he replied they were backed up with other vehicles. I asked how long it had been ready and he said about 10 minutes. I paid the bill and he said have a nice day! No apology, no discount , no communication during the two hour wait. I just went out to the car to get the bill and I see it has a plug in it for a repair! This is not a permanent fix! The bill says nothing about patching it or plugging it. Simply says tire repair. I wonder how long I would have waited of I had not went out to see what was taking so long. Very disappointed. Poor service, not a proper repair from what I see!
