I used to work in Havoline in Corinth years ago and the man that done my oil change was trying his best to sell me things I didn't need and had refused more than once. Things I'd just told him I had done to my car (the first time). On the paper it says he checked the signals and all on my car but never did. I got a full service oil change and asked how my fluids was and he said "I don't remember let me check"...needless to say I've been keeping a check on my oil since I left because the way he acted. Yall "men" should be ashamed of yourselves trying to pull things over on us women saying we need things on our vehicles when we don't. Also I asked if I had a oil leak and the guy said yes but when I asked how big it was he had to holler down at the pit guy and his exact words was "any oil leaks on bay 2?"...needless to say I've felt worried since I left this place. Wondering what they actually done to my car..that is ridiculous! This is the second time in 6 months I've had similar things like this happen on another matter and I will not be back to this company. They also charge $2 to dispose of your old oil (probably to recycle and reuse). Charged by weight. They don't tell you but if you look on the bottom of a coupon of theirs you'll see it in fine print.
