I Brought my car in for diagnostics because all dashboard lights were on, when I came to pick it up 4 days later was told the tech found a negative battery cable loose that’s what caused all the codes in the system to come on, They charged me a fee for tightening the battery cable and told me that there was no other problem with the vehicle, when I made a payment, the mechanic tried to start the car but he couldn’t he had to jump it off and all the dashboard lights came back on and the manager insisted it was a different issue, so I asked if they diagnosed the problem, he lied to me saying that there was nothing to diagnose and then tried to lecture me about the computer system was loosing its memory when the battery was dead. They have a terrible customer service and a very dishonest manager who was very rude and argumentative. This place is a joke.
