I came in with a car not starting issue and check engine light , paid $420, got half a mile down the road, and the check engine light came back on and I had the same issue. I came back to get the issue fixed, as it wasn't fixed the first time when I dropped $420. Not only did I get charged more money to get the problem re-inspected, I got denied further service. I got denied because the manager misheard me on the phone when I told him, the problem couldn't be fixed by an oil change because I had just gotten my oil changed in March and wasnt due again until August, and that I had just gone in May to get topped off/checked out. So not only did I come in with a problem that didnt get fixed, I got disrespected and turned away because the manager was adamant on up charging me on service my car didnt need. To top off this sundae, I got a copy of the mechanics notes and the mechanic that started the work, put the error code that came up was a connection issue and that there are visibly damaged wires. The manager tried explaining to my husband what the difference was between an oil change and a top off. Downright DISRESPECTFUL. It is BEYOND me to be treated like im an idiot and I dont keep up with my car. I was scammed out of $420 to still have the same issues I walked in with for this shop. They even tried charging me $75 for them to diagnose the issue they neglected to fix the first time. INSANE.
