Hello, my name is Christopher DiChiara I worked at express oil change for 2 years. I mastered hood tech so the 2nd year i wanted to get good at being a pit man and so I did. Any ways my mother without my knowing decided to have it done at this express oil. The manager Todd. Was the worst at knowing what to do with his job. He over torqued the plug so replaces with the same plug and then comes back up to tell my mother she needs a new oil pan. With roughly almost 400$. I have done the oil change plenty of times and I never had that type of issue. Keep in mind it’s a Nissan rogue 2015. Literally the easiest vehicle to do an. Oil change on. So I go back bc the driveway in oil. For one the plug was very lose and he made it to where it now has a Kelly plug in it which is nothing you want especially if the vehicle is only at 90,000 miles. I highly recommend no one ever get there vehicle worked on at this location the manager Todd. Todd was his name but the man doesn’t have a clue and stopped the pan and tried making my mother pay for a whole new one the pan is stainless steeel. Idk if anyone knows this but you can make new thread. He the guy is very dumb very new very clueless or just wanted to try to scam my mother any way I figured I would anyone before thinking goin to get their car worked on at this shop. Tons oil piled up in her driveway. Nervous enough to drive it with all that oil that we saw on the driveway but we brought it back. And of course Todd the manager doesn’t take fault in any of this. Nothing was wrong with car untilHe got under it. Of course we were goin toTake somewhere else someone with more experience than that goober. Y’all just watch for the scamming Todd he will try to sell you something and it could only b from his fault. So thanks a lot Todd. Hopefully people read this review and never go back like my family and I. I really hope you read this warning. THIS IS NOT THE SHOP TO GET YOUR CAR WORKED ON.
