Hard to believe after all the great reviews, but I had an awful experience. I asked them to check the breaks bc of a shuttering that occurs at 1 mph or less… they said your break pads could get changed out but you still have some wear on the pads to go. I could have shined a flashlight in there and diagnosed that. They never test drove to even experience the problem. They would have noticed that the was a serious issue had they done that. They wanted to charge me for new pads if I wanted them. Instead, after a 2 -hr wait for a scheduled appointment, they recommended some repairs to my suspension and told me to come back if I wanted those done (a totally separate issue). I will never go back.
