Army Vet here, I've taken several of my vehicles here (Ironbridge location) since they opened without issue. A month ago I had them do 5k worth of work to my wife's 2021 Explorer including new tire install. They broke two existing tire sensors and now refuse to replace them and told my wife "they must have both just gone bad". In addition, the front axle shaft they replaced is whining/rubbing and making strange sounds (never an issue before they worked on it). This is really an oil change shop, any additional work or service is taking a big risk as they do not stand behind their work or value returning customers.
