I don’t think you can come to Express without experiencing Tom at least once! He talks me through every oil change, every time! He doesn’t rush or maybe he does but never makes you feel like he is in a hurry. He wears a smile and always seem genuinely happy to do his job and THAT is what you call customer service. I recommend Express specifically for Tom and his personality! My experience this most recent time I also had the pleasure of working with Jame as well, very friendly, and down to business.
