Staff spoke around me the entire experience. Absolutely no customer service skills and the lady raised her voice at me for not filling out the paperwork correctly, which she just handed to me with no instructions. She was very rude and made it clear that she was not staying late to wait on the oil filter they would have to have delivered for my vehicle because they were out of stock, which was never directly told to me I just happened to have the window down and overheard their conversation. Staff were also unprofessional when talking to each other about the dealership letting me drive 10k miles between changes, when in fact I use this vehicle for commute and had it serviced at home prior to. The entire experience made me quite upset and then to have to pay $100 for an oil change with terrible customer service because they “hate this time of day” will make you want to never come back.
