I scheduled an appointment for 10:30am at the 3001 Parkbrooke Cir, Woodstock, GA 30189 location, arrived 10 mins early. Zach tells me they are already 2 hours behind. 4 hours later, I called back to see how far up the line I had moved and by his voice he seemed irritated as he launches into how he's a first come first serve shop and there's a bunch of stuff they have to do and that the appointment system is really only to tell THEM what time I will be there and does not actually reserve a time slot for me. The appointment reminder says "OIL CHANGES" are first come, first serve. It does NOT say OTHER repair work appointments are first come first serve. I was not there for an oil change. It seems Express Oil has no respect for their customer's time and for us to take time off work and schedule an appointment is pointless. So, now I have to try and book with another shop and take even more time off work. I realize those guys are already at work so why should they care that they wasted MY time today? I suppose only their time is valuable. But, I'm just one person who doesn't matter. They won't miss my money or care one bit about this review.
