I stopped by the Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers facility in Greenville, SC (Woodruff/Roper Mountain Road location) about a week ago, and was amazed by how welcoming and friendly, Kristan one of the service reps was when I pulled in. I was in mid-commute on a work day traveling on 1-85 and noticed my tire pressure was low. Kristan immediately went above and beyond to ensure my tire was in good condition and ready for highway driving again. Although I did not set an appointment, Kristan was super attentive and professional.
