While the service was fast and friendly, it was a surprise to see on my invoice that I was given a $36 synthetic oil upgrade without my knowledge. I did not request or was asked about the upgrade prior to service. My total bill was $90...and that was after I used a $15 off oil change online coupon. Regardless of where I go to get an oil change next, I will be asking about the cost and get an understanding of those costs before service begins.
