Booked an appointment online, showed up on time just to sit in their waiting room for a half hour. The only interaction I had with anyone working there was someone asking me to pull my car up to a bay. No one ever came into the lobby to write up a sales receipt or collect my keys. What is the point of making an appointment if it's not going to be acknowledged or honored? At the very least someone could have come inside to advise me just how much longer I'd have to wait. Ended up leaving without any service and will not be returning.
