Alex, at the Express Oil Change on Derita Rd in Concord, NC IS AMAZING at his job. I came into the shop with a rather tricky situation with my vehicle and he walked me through exactly what could be done, explained every option, and every step along the way. He was extremely patient and kind when explaining things that I didn’t quite understand when it came to my vehicle and he didn’t mind explaining proper car maintenance to me as well.
