Brenden Duncan the Store manager is who helped me with my issue. I had my truck's transmission fluid changed at a Valvoline store and 2x had major issues to the point I filed a claim with their corporate office after 1st issue. I gave up on them and went to the new store by my house. Brenden was great to work with, he was able to identify the wrong fluid was used, documented everything for me and got me back on the road. He even called me when leaving to take care of another issue I had with my daughter's car I had mentioned to him. When I got home I called my neighbor explaining how great of an experience I had and gave him Brenden's card. He will be taking his car over. Good job to Brenden and his team. Finally a shop I can refer to neighbors and friends.
