I spent almost $2,000 in one day at the Defuniak Springs location in Florida on new tires and an oil change. Oil change was performed on 8/2/2024 and today (11/3/2024) I decided to look under the hood. The oil cap was never put back on!! It was still stuck where the hood latch is. I'm awaiting a call from customer service to see how they plan to remedy the situation.
