Protective underbody plates removed but not reinstalled after oil changed!

Since I bought my new truck, I have had two complete oil changes. Both occurred at the Indian Land Express Oil Change location. Prior to this, I brought my Nissan Versa in for oil changes as well as my wife's Nissan Rogue. All of these vehicles should appear in your customer history.I brought my truck and my wife's Rogue in for oil changes and was notified when the work was done. The process for changing oil on a 2022 Ford Maverick is to remove the bottom cover plates (there are two) before work can be done. After the work is done, they are supposed to be replaced. I decided because of the costs involved, I would do my next oil change. I prepared all tools including the special Torx bits for removing the bottom cover plates. The plates are not present. No other work has been done to this truck since my last visit 25JAN2024. I have taken pictures of the yellow line on the oil drain plug which indicates whether or not additional work has been done on the truck as it relates to oil. I have a picture of that saved. The "leftover parts" should have been a clue to someone there that they forgot something important. No contact with me has been made since that day. I am angry and appalled. Update: canned reply detected but at least acknowledges the issue promptly. I require an explanation as to why the parts were not replaced after the oil change was completed. I also require an explanation as to why I was not contacted when they found mysterious "spare parts." And these are not SMALL or easy to misplace parts. They are HUGE parts.Further I have decided not to perform any work on my truck in order to preserve the state of things which will show the oil counter on the computer has not been reset and the yellow tamper line has not been broken.
