Remember when going to Express Oil meant that car would get mini-inspection, today all I got was oil change, did not even clean windshield. Was provided sheet telling me all the things they checked but can assure you they checked nothing. One that really makes me made is it says that I ok'd wiper blades, they did not even ask me. Been taking my 5 cars there for 10-15 years but now asking why I would every go back for $100 oil change that I can do myself for $20.
