My wife went to the express oil change located at 945 Husk Box Way, in the Augusta, Ga area today, 081624, for an oil change. She sat in line behind a vehicle getting service for more than an oil change for over one hour while cars in another bay kept arriving and leaving. The employees never made any attempt to have my wife attended to. Once she was finally finished, the employee never inquired or gave her a chance to inform them of the veteran’s discount nor did they replace the service sticker. This is not the type of customer service we have become accustomed to at Express Oil Change and makes me think twice about recommending them.
