Took our car in on 7/27 for a routine alignment. While there, they said that our outer tie rods had snapped and needed replaced. We had them replace it that day along with the alignment and were on our way (this cost us about $300). The following days, we noticed that the car was jerking to the left when coming out of a turn, the steering wheel was shaking and there were thudding noises happening under the car when we went over small cracks and bumps in the road. The front tires also felt loose and there was almost no tension in the wheel when turning left (all new issues). Due to all of that, we didn’t feel safe driving it. We took the car back in on 8/3 and told them the issues we were having that were not there prior to the work they did on it. They called us a few hours later to let us know that they “missed it” the first time, but the inner tie rods, rack and pinion all needed to be replaced. They said the cost for all of that would be $800. At this point, we decided to take it into our mechanic for a second opinion who found that all the parts they said needed to be replaced were fine (not including the outer tie rods as those were already replaced) and that the ball joints were loose which was causing those issues. Our mechanic quoted us $260 to fix that issue and the car is now back to normal. All in all, we were almost out over 1k if we had trusted this place and would have still be left with a car that was unsafe to drive if we had gotten the repairs Express suggested. Not sure how they are with their oil changes, but I definitely do not recommend them for other mechanic services. I just wish we had gone to our original mechanic to begin with but decided to give this place a shot due to the good reviews and wanting an alignment done on a Saturday
